CECIL SMITH

Cecil Smith, age 82, passed away on April 1, 2021 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

He was born in Bell County, KY on February 20, 1939 to the late Charlie and Ruth Elizabeth Miracle Smith.

Cecil enjoyed many things, but he loved fishing more than anything.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Pat Smith, daughter Carolyn Smith, brothers Sherman Smith and Don Smith and sister Bernice Smith.

He is survived by the following members of his family, sons Tim Smith and David Johnson, daughter Janie Poore, brother Allen Smith, sisters Bessie Williams, Eileen Williams, Vickie Hurst and Pam Brown, grandchildren Miranda Wall, Rusty Poore, April Smith, Sarah Smith and Timothy Smith, great-grandchildren Shane Poore, Jacob Poore, Natalie Wall, Josylyn Wall and Christian Wall, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will beheld at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021 at Green Hills Funeral Home.
