JEANETTE (JACKSON) MEYERS

Jeanette Jackson Meyers, 54, went home to be with the Lord on March 15th, 2024.  Born August 1st 1969 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late James (JM) Jackson and Inez Frazier Jackson.

In addition to both parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by her sister Faye Leach; who she loved with all her heart, nieces Shannon Leach and Jackie Hurst.

Jeanette was saved and baptized at a young age and was a member of the East Cumberland Avenue Baptist Church.

Jeanette was a dedicated employee at Smithfield for 23 years.  She believed in hard work and doing things right the first time. Jeanette will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor and love that she had for her kids and grandkids.

She is survived by her two daughters Kimberly Jackson; Middlesboro, Kentucky and Erica Meyers; Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. Granddaughters Madison Miller and Skylen Mangum.  Sisters Brenda (Mike) Crabtree; Brandon, Florida, Debbie (Alfred) Hurst; Frakes, Kentucky, Kathy Jackson; Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Regina Jackson; Middlesboro, Kentucky, Brothers Jimmy Jackson; Middlesboro, Kentucky, and Ronnie Jackson; Middlesboro, Kentucky. Special pets Meow-Meow and Humphrey.  Jeanette also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and friends.
