LONNIE MAIDEN

Lonnie Elam Maiden of Frakes, Kentucky, born January 13, 1935, went home to Heaven on March 21, 2024 at the age of 89.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Irene Maiden and his mom, Woodie Partin, grandparents Wiley and Sarah Maiden and Elam and Dora Partin, brothers John, Harold, and Gerald Ray Maiden, sisters Lagretta, Phyllis, Sara Rose, Clara Sue and Gertrude.

Lonnie was a member of New Vine Baptist Church. He was a wonderful Husband, and a caring and loving Dad. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years, Joyce Powers Maiden, four children, sons Lonnie Jr. and wife Lisa of Middlesboro, KY., Buddy and wife Annette of Middlesboro, KY., daughters Woodie and husband Benny Howard of Middlesboro, KY., and Angie and husband Bobby Kelley of Shawnee, OK., eight grandchildren, Isaac Maiden, Rachel Maiden, Lindsey Howard Powell, Paige Howard Harbin, Gracen Howard Arnold, Dana Howard, Luke Kelley, and Levi Kelley, brothers Lewis, Mike and Bob Maiden, sister Sharon Yeary, aunt Nona Hatfield, close friend Donald Willis, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and in-laws too numerous to name but all who will miss him so dearly.

The family of Lonnie Maiden will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2024 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2024 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Heck. Music will be provided by the Harmony Singers.

Graveside Services will be private.
