I have had several family members and extended family members taken care of by Green Hills Funeral Home, from my mother, my aunt and close friends, etc. They have offered the most professional service with a deep, loving, compassionate care that is above and beyond what you would expect from a funeral home. Green Hills recently took care of my sister. Our family always used a competitor in Middlesboro. After several calls to that competitor (which they never called me back) I decided to reach out to Hannah and Nelson. What a great decision that was! Being in the industry myself, I cannot say enough about their professionalism, compassion and details to our service. Serving their families is priority with them. My Grandmother, Irene Wallace, passed away on October 21st. And, from that day on, Hannah and Nelson were so very kind to us. I cannot put into words how well they done with her. She looked so peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. Green Hills is by far, the best funeral home in the surrounding area. All the staff is very kind, and welcoming. This is by far the best place to go and there is no other. Nelson and Hannah where really great when my daddy passed. Me and my family came to make the arrangement. Nelson made sure he wrote down every little thing that momma said and he was very nice and pleasant with us all. He and his wife is very well mannered and that's what really matters most when your in a time as such as this. This is the best place to go. There is definitely no other place I would wanna choose. Also the way my daddy looked at the viewing. It was remarkable. They feel like a part of your family and they know what your going through and what you are feeling some times. My husband and I went to Hannah and Nelson Bingham for the preplanning of our funerals, we dont want our children having to face that trauma on top of losing one of us. Hannah was amazing with her compassion and understanding, she welcomed our thoughts and what we really wanted for our passing. Nelson and Hannah took care of my sister and they did a wonderful job! My sister looked so young and beautiful.
