Bentley Collins, age 90, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away June 24, 2026 at his home.
He was born in Speedwell, Tennessee on July 17, 1935 and was the son of the late Bige and Stella Moore Collins.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by precious wife, Helen Martin Collins, brothers, Buddy Collins and Ray Collins, and sisters, Louisa Bayless, Virginia Evans, and Eva Lowry.
Bentley had worked as a superintendent and retired from Dura-Line Plastic Corporation. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Bentley was a faithful member of Southside Baptist Church where he had served as a deacon for many years. He loved His Lord and Savior with his whole heart and was a true servant of God. In his spare time, he spent many hours outside working in his garden.
Left to mourn his passing are his sons, Benny Collins and wife, Debbie, and Robin Collins and wife, Donna, his daughter, Tammy Hardin and husband, Freddie, grandchildren, Suzanne Preece and husband, Josh, Tyler Collins and wife, Sierra, Blake Collins and wife, Amber, and Ryan Collins and wife, Becky, great-grandchildren, Ella Preece, Felix Collins, Ambrose Collins, Amelia Collins, Alaina Collins, and Archer Collins, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Jeremy Glenn officiating.
