BETTY DANIELS Obituary

Betty Lou Daniels, lovingly known as Betty O to her grandchildren, was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose life was defined by unwavering love.

She was born on July 12, 1942 in Union County, Tennessee, to the late Clatis and Cecil Roe.

Betty was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church, where her love for the Lord and her caring spirit were evident to all who knew her  She found joy in simple moments, time spent with family and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clatis and Cecil Roe, her sister, Mildred Ray, her brother, Emory Roe, her husbands, J.B. White Sr. and Charlie Daniels, and her son J.B. White Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Judy (Dwayne) Barnes, her granddaughters, Leigh Ann (Jimmy) Kelley and Jessica (Brian) Trentham, her great-grandchildren, Hunter Kelley and Claira and Landon Trentham, and her dear friend, Flo (Beanie) Blanton.

Though she will be greatly missed, her family finds comfort knowing she is at peace.

Graveside services will be held for Betty Lou Daniels on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Gardens mausoleum with Rev. Keith Medley presiding.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty’s honor to Trinity Baptist Church, 705 S Petersborough Ave, Middlesboro, KY, 40965.
