BRAD BARNETT

Brad Barnett, age 48 a resident of New Tazewell, TN passed away on July 6, 2025.

Brad was born in Middlesboro, KY on March 3, 1977 to Benny and Linda Barnett.  He loved his family, especially his daughters and grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Fred and Juanita Hawk and nephew Hayden Guy and several aunts and uncles.

Brad is survived by his wife of 21 years Matilda Barnett, Daughters Alexis Bussell and husband Justin, Autumn Middleton and Abigail (Calobe Hawkins) Barnett, grandchildren Sawyer Jessie Bussell and Weslyn Storm Bussell, parents Benny and Linda Barnett, sister Ashley Johnson and husband Benji, father and mother-in-law Jerry and Sue Britton, nieces and nephews Harlee Guy, Alex Johnson, Cody Johnson, aunts and uncles Pat Owens and husband Gene, Janis Cook and husband Gerald, Diane Hawk, Sue England, Allen Hawk, Joyce Buttery and husband Gary, Deloris Williams, David Barnett and wife Carolyn, Kenny Barnett, Roger Barnett, special aunt Arleen Wilson and husband Larry and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2025 at the Green Hills Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2025 , at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Padgett officiating.

Graveside services will be private.
