CAROLYN PARTIN

Carolyn Sue Partin, age 75, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 7, 2025, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born February 8, 1950, in Pineville, Kentucky, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Arthur and Telvis Harris. A woman of strong Baptist faith, she lived her life with love, devotion, and unwavering care for her family. She was a beloved wife, sister, mother and Nana. Her greatest joy came from being with those she loved most.

Carolyn is survived by her devoted husband, David Partin; her brothers Jack (Pam) and Bill (Judy); her children, Michael Garren, Billy Garren (Amy), and Penny Kauffman; grandchildren Chad Garren, Shelby Keaton (Josh), Nicolas Kauffman, and Ariel Garren; and great-grandchildren, Paisley, Emery, Caroline, Kynlee, Christopher, and Cayson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Telvis Harris; her first husband, Neil Garren; her son, Neil Garren Jr; sisters Mildred, Zoria, Patricia, and Maxine; and brother, Roy.

Carolyn will be remembered for her sweet spirit, her love of family, and her faith in Christ. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Carolyn will be honored by a private service with her immediate family at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
