CHARLES POORE

Charles Donald Poore, age 73, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on April 27, 2025 at the Tri State Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born October 24, 1951 in Bell County, Kentucky to the late Luther and Irene Davis Poore.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Howard Poore and sisters Carolyn Jean Redmond, Helen Ruth Redmond, Joyce Juanita Smith and Judy Sue Tigue.

Charles was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Generous to a fault, Charles would do anything for anybody – always looking forward to helping others in some way. In his free time he was an avid collector of comic books.

Left to cherish his memory, loving brothers Roy Poore and Jeff (Janie) Poore,  special nieces and nephews who were like children to him, Rusty (Rebecca) Poore, Miranda (Bob) Wall, great nieces and nephews Jacob Poore, Shane Poore, Jaslyn Wall, Nattalie Wall and Christian Wall, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Charles will privately be entombed with his wife Patricia at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
