Charles “Chuck” Edward Partin, Jr. age 65, of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away November 17, 2025 at Middlesboro A.R.H.Hospital.
Chuck was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on June 5, 1960 and was the son of the late Charles Edward Partin, Sr. and Mary Helen Partin.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Robin Latane Billingsley Partin, sister Kandace Akers, and father-in-law James H. Billingsley, Jr. and mother-in-law Linda Larelle Billingsley.
Chuck loved the outdoor life. He enjoyed fishing and was always looking for a reason to be on his tractor. You rarely saw Chuck when he wasn’t sipping on a cup of coffee; there was no time of day that didn’t call for a good cup of his favorite coffee. For Chuck, the simple pleasures in life were best.
Left to mourn his passing, his sons, Cody Partin and wife Megan, and Brandon Partin and wife Jenna, his sisters, Pamela Frady, Patricia Partin, Jackie Ausmus and husband J.C. “Bo”, Peggy Collins, Georgia Anderson, and Marie Albright and husband Lonnie, his most cherished grandchildren Brixton and Brielle, special niece, Brooke Hatfield and husband Ben, special great nieces, Kelly Ann and Karlie, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and precious friends who will miss him dearly.
The family of Chuck Partin will receive friends at Green Hills Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
