CONTRINA RATLIFF

Contrina Melinda Partin Ratliff, age 47, passed away on February 1, 2021 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

She was born in Middlesboro, KY on August 12, 1973 to the late Carl and Phyllis Ann Hamlin Partin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Rodney Partin, grandparents A.C. and Isabelle Hamlin and Tolliver and Eliza Partin.

All who were blessed to have known Contrina will remember what a special person that she was. Strong willed, independent and selfless; she had a personality that would light up any room just as much as her beautiful smile. She enjoyed being out on the lake, but most importantly she absolutely loved her family- especially her niece and nephews. Contrina loved; she loved deeply, she loved fiercely and she loved unconditionally. She will be missed with that same love that she so freely gave to everyone else. Her beauty that shown just as much on the inside as it did out will always be remembered.

Left to cherish her precious memory, her loving brother Timmy Partin and wife Ashley, niece Brooklyn Partin, nephews Austin Partin, Landon Partin and Dakota Partin, uncle Harold Hamlin, special friends Andrea Weddle, Stephanie Ayers, Bettina Morris Ownby, Lisa Totherow, Ginger Smelcer and Mary Ann Gerald, as well as host of other relatives and many other friends too numerous to name.

The family of Contrina Ratliff will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Fuson officiating. Music will be provided by the Womack Family and the Powers Family.

Graveside services will immediately follow at the New Vine Cemetery, Frakes, KY where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved Father.

Pallbearers will be Landon Partin, Abe Powell, Jamie Williamson, Daniel Partin, Lonnie Partin and Michael Gebhart.

Honorary Pallbearers are Ethan Powell, Todd Hamlin and Wesley Womack.
