DEBBIE SUE HURST

Debbie Sue Hurst, age 53, of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away April 25, 2024 at Tri State Nursing and Rehab in Harrogate, Tennessee.

She was born December 24, 1970 in Middlesboro, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Whitehead Dyer, and her grandmother Gracie Chandler.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  She enjoyed cooking up delicious meals to be savored by all who sat at her table.  She was not a slacker; she took pleasure in any task that she performed.  Her heart was her grandchildren; spending time with her family brought her great joy.

Left to cherish her memory, her loving husband Jack Hurst, her father Tommy Chandler and his wife Shirley Chandler, daughter Meagan (Joseph) Partin, brother Russell Chandler, sisters Sherri Chandler and Jessie Chandler, grandchildren Cadence Hurst, Sofia Dyer, Jacob Partin, and Isaac Partin, cousin Lisa Cook, and a host of other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

The family of Debbie Sue Hurst will receive friends Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held for Debbie at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Wilson presiding.
