DENNIS OSBORNE

Dennis Allen Osborne, age 76 of Frakes, Kentucky, passed away on December 22, 2021.

He was born on August 18, 1945 in Frakes, Kentucky, to the late Ben and Ella Mae McKinney Osborne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Cecil Osborne, Alex Osborne and wife Margot, and Herman Osborne, one special niece Shirley Powers, and one great-granddaughter Harper Ryan Barton.

He leaves behind his wife of over 53 years, Drucilla Osborne, son Robert Osborne and wife Ladonna, daughters Rhonda Osborne, Denise Osborne Bowling and husband Eric, Selena Osborne Nunn and husband Patrick, and Miranda Osborne Tarvin, brother James Osborne, sisters Janice Osborne Bradley and husband Ross, Wilma Osborne Bowling, and Grace Osborne Partin, 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 14 nieces, and 8 nephews, along with a host of many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Dennis proudly served in the United States Army. He was a true tradesman; He loved a good trade, almost as much as he loved the guns, knives and tools he traded on. He also loved Percy Sledge’s music.

The family of Dennis Osborne will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Kishpaugh presiding.

Graveside Services will immediately follow at the New Lambdin Cemetery, Frakes, Kentucky, with Full Military Honors presented.
