DONNIE ROARK

Donnie Roark, age 65, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on April 21, 2022 at the Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center.

He was born June 4, 1956 to the late Rosetta Hoskins Roark. Donnie was a loving Father and Husband. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Bennett’s Fork Baptist Church. Donnie had a love for fishing, watching deer, and of course his little dog, Bubbie. He also enjoyed sitting on the porch watching hummingbirds and getting to see his grandkids play. He was truly loved and will be missed greatly.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sisters Kathy Jones and Annette Henderson, and brother Ray Roark Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Maxine Roark, children Tim (Sammy) Roark, Dan (Amanda) Roark, Donna (Shawn) Martin, and Dorothy Beverly, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter, brother’s-in-law Ancil, Charles, and Doyle Redmond, and Marvin Jones, special niece Gina Roark, and friend and neighbor Jerry Partin, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Donnie Roark will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Wilson officiating.

Interment will be private.
