Dulley Mae Partin, age 63, of Frakes, Kentucky, passed away July 19, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was the daughter of William Michael, Sr. and Laura Lee Roman Michael, and was born in Covington, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Justin Cohen Lambdin, and her brothers, Lloyd Michael and William Michael, Jr.
Dulley had a great love and dedication to Pruden Baptist Church, where she was a member. Her church was the most important part of her life; she always loved attending her church and loved to be involved in any way that she could. Dulley had a green thumb, and it was evident that she could work miracles in her garden because she could make anything grow. She loved her animals and strays didn’t remain strays for long because Dulley would take them in to feed and care for.
She is survived by her children, Billy Joe Lambdin and Laura Lambdin (Justin Carman), brothers, Andy Michael (Michelle), Thomas Michael (Laura), and Robert Michael (Cathy Hoover), as well as a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Green Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bernley Lambdin.
Interment will follow in the Lambdin Family Cemetery in Fonde, Kentucky.
