Earl Fuson, age 86, of Frakes, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord on May 25, 2023 while surrounded by his loving family.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 58 years, Geneva Fuson, parents Luster and Maude Fuson, siblings Ruby Jones, Ruth Fields, Mildred Fields, Mabel Fields, Kathleen Partin, Lonnie Fuson, Alphie Fuson, and Philip Fuson.
He was born on May 15, 1937 in Bell County, Kentucky to the late Luster and Maude Browning Fuson. Earl was a longtime coal miner and security guard. He was also a proud member of the Frakes Volunteer Fire Department. Earl loved the Lord and was a member of Nine Vine Missionary Baptist Church. All who knew Earl loved him and will forever cherish and remember his sweet, loving spirit.
Left to cherish his memory, loving children Lee Fuson, Doug Fuson and wife Remona, Sandy Partin and husband Terry, Jim Fuson and wife Lavonne Fuson, Ancil Blackburn, and Todd Fuson and wife Shana, siblings Charles Fuson and wife Norma, Ed Fuson and wife Vonda, Jerry Fuson and wife Ruth, Janie Spicer and husband Tony, and Phyllis Keasler, 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren, as well as a host of many other relatives, friends, and his community who will miss him so dearly.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 29, 2023 at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at New Vine Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Siler and Rev. Ken Kishpaugh officiating. Music will be provided by New Vine Church Singers, Violet Miracle, Clara Sue Miracle, Vanessa Dixon, and Summer Partin.
Graveside Services will immediately follow at the Alvie Miracle Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his Grandsons and Honorary Pallbearers will be the Frakes Volunteer Fire Department who will give Earl his Final Call.
