He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Orick; his paternal grandparents, Rev. Ed and Gertrude Orick; and his maternal grandparents, Johnny and Geneva North.
Doug is lovingly remembered by his beloved daughter, Jessica Orick; his precious grandson, Matthew Robertson; his mother, Eula Orick; Special sisters, Pam Marcum, Angela Ausmus (Mike), his brother, Brian Orick (Angel); sister, Ashley Cupp (Justin); his nieces and nephew, Amy Morrison (Jonathan), Sarah Ealy (Tyler), Adam Miller, Madison Heck (Isaac), Lillian Orick, and Emilee Money; his aunts, Brenda Rigdon and Judy Bayless; his uncles, Thomas and Floyd North; and a host of cousins.
