JAMES CHRISTOPHER BURKE

James Christopher Brandon Burke, age 37 of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021.

Christopher was born April 30, 1984 in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He was of the Baptist Faith and loved spending time with his family.  He was a wonderful Husband, Son, Father and Brother.  Christopher was great with animals and loved dogs and reptiles. He also enjoyed shooting guns.

He was preceded in death by his mother Tamara (Tammy) Smith Burke, Grandparents Herbert Smith, Alta Smith, Sil Burke and Odie Burke.

He is survived by his Father and Stepmother Jim and Lisa Burke of Middlesboro, Wife Anna Blevins Burke of Middlesboro, Daughters Arya and Adilynn Gilliam of Middlesboro, Sister and Brother in Law Kennessa and Austin Baker of Middlesboro, Mother and Father-in-law Loretta and Henry Blevins of Evarts, KY and a host of special friends, family and co-workers.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Parker and Rev. Charles Taylor.  Music will be provided by Shannon Clonce and Charles Taylor.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers will be Austin Baker, Kevin Wilson, Randy A. Wilson, Paul Clonce, Derik Nelson and Travis Nelson.
