Jewell Miracle, age 80, of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away April 5, 2025 at Tri-State Health and Rehabilitation Center in Harrogate, Tennessee.
She was born on August 18, 1944 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Fitzhugh L. and Myrtle Miracle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlie Miracle, daughter Kimberly Goodman, son-in-law Cotton Goodman, and a host of brothers and sisters.
Jewell was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Brownies Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a sharp wit, an infectious laugh, and a wonderful sense of humor. Her greatest treasure was her family whom she loved spending time with, especially her precious grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory, her daughter Janell (Mark) Hopper, grandchildren Noah Hopper, Amber Goodman, and Haley Goodman, great-grandchildren Gabriella Hopper, Willow Wooton, and Lakyn Goodman, special friend Myrtle Wilder, and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
The family of Jewell Miracle will receive friends at Green Hills Funeral Home on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from noon until 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 12, 2025 at Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Gibbons officiating.
Graveside services will follow at the Cubbage Cemetery in Miracle, Kentucky.
Pallbearers will be Mark Hopper, Noah Hopper, Walt Irvin, Lane Lee, Jimmy Miracle, and Harold Miracle.
