JOYCE ELAINE BRUCE

Joyce Elaine Bruce, age 67, a resident of New Tazewell, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on June 8, 2024 at the Tri State Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.

She was born on September 10, 1956 in Monroe, Michigan to the late Peter and Loretta Clark McMillian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Rodger McMillian and Pete McMillian, and sister Sue Brancheau.

Left to cherish her memory, son Rev. Danny Bruce and wife Anora of Tazewell, TN., daughter Jennifer Brock and husband Eli of Tazewell, TN., sisters Robin Sanderson of Hamilton, AL., and Annie Denoewer of Monroe, Michigan, grandchildren Daniel Bruce, Cody Lamb, Jordan Brugman and Savannah Owens, great-grandchildren Sawyer Bruce and Adalyn Owens, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joyce was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother who loved nothing more than her family and being able to be together with them. Her family members are those she loved and cherished the most.

The family of Joyce Bruce will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Bruce Family Cemetery on Red Hill Road, Speedwell, Tennessee.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Parker officiating. Music will be provided by Mrs. Anora Bruce.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Bruce, Eli Brock, Jesse Owens and Joe Ellison.
