Kay Ann Moore, age 47, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on February 16, 2025 at Middlesboro A.R.H.
Kay leaves behind a loving husband, daughter, other relatives and many friends who will miss her so dearly.
A Celebration of Life Service for Kay Moore will be announced at a later date.
