KIMBERLY RAINES

Kimberly Michelle Raines, age 49, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on October 28, 2025 at her home.

She was born June 4, 1976 in Middlesboro, the daughter of the late Patricia Burchfield Mills and Robert “Bobby Raines who survives.

Growing up, Kim loved spending time with her family; especially going to Silver Dollar City with her Dad. She also enjoyed being with friends, traveling, and seeing different and new sites. Kim had a special love and soft spot for her beloved fur baby – her dog Maggie Mae.

In addition to her mother, Patricia Mills, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Doris and Wallace Raines and Charles and Opal Burchfield.

Left to cherish her memory, father and stepmother Robert “Bobby” and Teresa Raines, daughter Madison Raines, brother Brad Mills, nephews Jonathan Mills and Nathaniel Mills, as well as a host of cousins, other relatives and friends who will miss her so dearly.

The family of Kim Raines will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Mountainview Cemetery, Harrogate, Tennessee.
