LISA LAY

Lisa Kay Lay, age 63, passed away suddenly at the Middlesboro ARH on January 21, 2022.

She was born January 15, 1959 in Middlesboro, KY. She is preceded in death by her parents Dan and Thelma Rains, Brother Logan Rains, Nieces Aimee Howerton and Erienne Partin.

She leave behind her Sons Eric (Erin) Lay, Dillon (Kelsey) Satterfield, Daughters Gena Lay and Nina (Brandon) King, her long time companion Ray Satterfield, Brother Bennie Rains, James (Melissa) Bauer, Grandchildren ,whom she adored, Austin (Amber) Lay, Kaylee Marcum, Logan, Kelcy and Paisley Reese, Kayci (TJ) Wheeler and Faith (Billy) Howerton, Niece Lindsey (Michael) Mahan, Nephews Logan (Alexis) Rains, Brandon Rains, Great-Nieces and Nephews Haylee, Jaylynn and Brogan Mahan, Ross and Harrison Rains, Korbyn Wheeler and Dakota Hensley, Special Uncle Ray (Mary) Rains, Special friends Lisa Heard, Betty Williams, Donna Rains and Carla Ward and a host of other family and friends too many to list.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. William Boyd Bingham officiating.

Graveside Services to immediately follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Austin Lay, Michael Mahan, Brandon King, Brandon Rains, Logan Rains and Eddie Howerton.
