Lloyd James Smalley, age 41 of Kettle Island, KY passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Middlesboro A.R.H.
He was born June 29, 1980 in Colusa, California. Lloyd was the Outreach Minister at the First Apostolic Church in Middlesboro. He loved his Church and Church Family. He never met a stranger and was always putting others first. He Loved his country and was very patriotic. He loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He enjoyed greatly his previous work with Morgantown Volunteer Fire Department and the Butler County Rescue Squad where he also served as Chaplain of both. Lloyd was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Carol Williams.
Lloyd loved his family the best and was a family man to his core, he is survived by his loving wife of 11 years Jackie Williams Smalley, 4 Children Lloyd Matthew Smalley, Mason Nathanael Smalley, Dylan Emmanuel Smalley, Roselyn Joy Eleanor Smalley, Mother Dianna Fielder of Bullhead City, AZ, Father and Step-Mother Lloyd Allen and Eleanor Smalley of Lebanon, TN , Brothers and Sister Christopher Lawson of Chicago, IL, Amanda Smalley Garcia of Casa Grande, AZ, Elton Smalley of Clovis, CA, Father and Step-Mother-in-law Mason and Sandra Williams, Brothers and Sister-in-laws Victoria and Timothy Lindsey, Mason Anthony and Holly Williams and Andrew Jackson Williams and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Timothy Lindsey and Rev. Jim Adkins.
Interment will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Mason Anthony Williams, Elton Smalley, Donavan Garcia, Scott Keith, Caden Keith and Jacob Keith.
