MARY LINDA HUNT

Mary Linda Hunt, 64, of Middlesboro, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington. Mary was born in Bell County, Kentucky on April 1, 1962, to the late Jesse and Johnnie Daniels Hunt. Mary had been a homemaker her whole life, and was both a mother and father to her children.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, her brothers, Richard Hunt, Carl Hunt, Allen Hunt, Joe Hunt, and sister, Mary Hunt.

Mary is survived by her children, Heather Dixon and husband George, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Amanda Jackson, and husband Jerry Nicely of Washburn, Tennessee, Gary Wilson, and girlfriend Alicia Martin, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, and Tiffany Asher of Middlesboro, Kentucky, brother, Lindsey “Toot” Hunt, sister, Judy Bryant of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Alan Bragg, who was like a son and his wife Tracy, good friend, Sara Green, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private cremation services were conducted by Green Hills Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help cover funeral expenses.
