PHILLIP "BIG PHIL" ASHER

Phillip “Big Phil” Tracy Asher, age 58, of Arjay, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2024 at his home while surrounded by his loving family.

He was born May 8, 1966 to the late Cecil “Blue Boy” and Roberta Asher.

Phillip loved to fish and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had many special dogs that he loved so much, Axel, Nugget, Blondie and Duke. He enjoyed attending Green Camp Pentecostal Church. All who were blessed to know Phillip will miss him so dearly.

Left to cherish his memory, sister Rebecca Bowman, nephew Jacob Smith, niece Sydney Bowman, special friend Dalton Payne, as well as a host of special friends, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

The family of Phillip Asher will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 12 noon Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dalton Payne, Rev. Gary Wagner and Rev. David Asher officiating. Music will be provided by Gary and Julie Wagner, Brandon Wagner, Allie Baker and Emily Payne.

Graveside Services to immediately follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Asher, Jonah Asher, Aaron Asher, Jake Baker and Brandon Wagner.

Green Hills Funeral Home, Middlesboro, is honored to serve the Asher family.
