PHILLIP VINCENT QUINONES

Phillip Quinones, known as Vincent by his family and friends, age 37, formerly of Bell County, Kentucky passed away on January 28, 2026.

He was born on January 18, 1989 in Pineville, Kentucky to Phillip M. Quinones and Victoria Denise Hardin Quinones.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister Mikayla Denise Quinones Spanski.

Left to mourn his passing, his twin sons, Vince and Phillip Quinones, and special friends Edward “Spanky” and Minnie Spanski, and a host of relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

He will be laid to rest with his mother and sister at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
