RALPH WESTBROOK

Ralph Douglas Westbrook was born on August 20, 1961 in Middlesboro, Ky. Ralph was called to his heavenly home on the morning of April 7, 2021 at the age of 59 with his wife  Marilyn by his side at their home in Anniston, Alabama. Ralph was of the Baptist Faith, was saved during a Revival held by Rev. Terry Winsteads. Ralph served with great pride 4 years in the United States Air Force where he received many accommodations. His passion was in the field of robotics where he strived and achieved being one of the best in programming and maintenance. He was an avid Harley rider most all of his life and enjoyed that to the fullest, where he did many charitable rides and always paid homage to  his Veterans brothers. He was a prankster and nothing gave him more joy than pulling a good trick on someone.

Ralph is preceded in death by his loving father, Joseph Neal Westbrook and granddaughter Cassandra Steakley.

Left to grieve his passing are his wife Marilyn Posey Westbrook, his mother Anna "Ann" Bernice Westbrook, his sons Anthony (Holly) Tallent, Jamie Mayse, daughter Lori (Hubert) Steakley, brother Steve (Maryetta) Westbrook, sisters Barbara (Steve) Hurst and Beverly (Tom) Ely, as well as 6 granddaughters, 4 grandsons, 3 great-granddaughters and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the Green Hills Funeral Home, Middlesboro, Kentucky from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with funeral services starting at 7:00 p.m.

A private burial will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 with Full Military Honors.

Services will be officiated by Dr. William Boyd Bingham III and Rev. Terry Winsteads. Music will be provided by Steve Hurst and Dickie Siler.

Pallbearers are Anthony Tallent, Brandon Shackleford, Ben Westbrook, Jesse Westbrook, Nathan Lovin and Hunter Shackleford.

Honorary Pallbearer is Dalton Ellis.
