Robert Earl Mullins “Ozzy”, age 54, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington after a brief illness.
He was born September 3, 1970, the son of the late Robert Tildon Mullins and Helen Irene Carmack.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Branson, and brothers-in-law Larry Branson and Bo Looper.
He is survived by his daughter, Shea Mullins, fiancé Cindy Orr, sister Sandy Looper, brother Jason Carmack (Melissa); as well as many other relatives and friends.
The family of Robert “Ozzy” Mullins will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeremy King officiating.
Graveside Services will immediately follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
Pallbearers will be Darrell Smith, Dil Dilbeck, Caiden Mason, Alex Hawk, Nick Hawk and Nathan Bays.
