ROY BROCK

Roy Brock, age 62, passed away on August 23, 2021 at the Pineville Community Hospital.

He was a dedicated and hardworking coal miner for over 30 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Mandy Brock, along with his sister Kathy Craig.

He is survived by his children Leslie Brock (Greg Hamblin), Jessica Brock (Eric Smith), grandchildren Mackenzie Brock, Caleb Brewer, Kailyn Brewer, and Khloe Smith.  The mother of his children Lori Brock, nephew Virgil Craig, niece Tasha Howard and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Blackmont Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Blackmont Baptist Church with Rev. David Howard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen, KY.  For the health and well-being of everyone in attendance, we request that social distancing be observed and everyone please wear a mask.
