SHARON KAY SMITH

Sharon Kay Smith, age 62, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at her home.

She was born July 10, 1963, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Jack Dalton and Lola Rose.

Sharon had worked as a cook. She loved to quilt and watch television court, but what she enjoyed most was being a mother. Sharon was saved on December 1979 at Miller's Chapel Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda England.

Left to mourn her passing are her sons William Marcum and Raymond Hood, grandchildren Kaytlyne and Ayden, and her sisters Barbara Dalton and Shirley (Steve) Miracle.

Private cremation services were held at Green Hills Funeral Home, Middlesboro, Kentucky.
