Stevie Eugene “Steve” Killion, age 67, of Speedwell, Tennessee passed away and entered his heavenly home on July 23, 2024.
He was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on September 29, 1956 to the late Jessie and Mossie Pauline Bush Killion.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson Kylan Jessie Bryant, mother-in-law Faye Buell, sister-in-law Dede Killion, and bother-in-law David Buell.
Anyone who knew Steve knew that he was an outdoor person. He loved to hunt and fish in the mountains and lakes of Tennessee. He spent many hours on the softball field, playing and later coaching. He was always up for having a good laugh and a good time. More than anything else, Steve was a family man; he adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
Steve leaves behind Penny Buell Killion, his devoted wife of 46 years, his daughters Jessica (Jason) Bayless, Megan (Cody Partin) Killion, grandchildren Lane, Luke, Brielle, Brixton, great-granddaughter Kinsley, brothers Dale (Rosanna) Killion, Jeff Killion, sisters Sue Beeler, Debra (Bo) Weaver, father-in-law Jesse (Berneda) Buell, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many special friends who will miss him dearly.
