TAMMY TEAGUE

Tammy Lynn Teague, age 53,  a resident of Pineville, Ky passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025 surrounded by her family.

She was born May 2, 1972 in Middlesboro, KY to the late James Franklin Payne SR and Delsia Molly Maiden Payne.  Tammy was a devoted Christian and a member of the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. Tammy was a great cook and she loved to feed her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Payne.

Tammy is survived by her husband David Teague, daughters Taylor Harris and husband Aaron, Jennifer Hash and husband J.P., sons Zachary Willis and wife Summer, David Ray Teague, sisters Katrina Webb and husband Randy, Sherry Perkins and Andy Webb and Nikki Arrington, grandchildren Cooper Willis, Kynlee Harris, Carson Harris,  Camden Harris, Nathan Mills, Cameron Mason, Ally Mason, Kassidy Hash, nieces Alex Perkins, Michelle Arrington, Autumn Norton, nephews Steven Jones, Jarrett Collins, Marcus Collins and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Uleland at Markey Cancer Center and Bluegrass Hospice Care.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025 at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025 at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Jackson and Mr. Zachary Patterson officiating.  Music will be provided by Jared Smith, Junior Ward and the Pleasant Grove Church Choir.

Interment will immediately follow in the Maiden Cemetery on Upper Laurel Fork.  Pallbearers will be Steven Jones, Jarrett Collins, Marcus Collins, Kurtis Fuson, Cameron Mason and Nathan Mills.  Honorary Pallbearer will be Kaiden Robbins.
