TONYA JOHNSON Obituary

Tonya Maria Johnson, age 57, of Ewing, Virginia, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 24, 2021.

She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on March 27, 1964, to the late Frank Willis and Mary Ann Marsee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Quinten Von Johnson, sister Janice Jane Johnson, nephew Michael Scott Orr, and niece Kathleen Orr.

Tonya was loved by many and will be missed by all. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching her “babies” grow (“Bug” – Liliana Pearson, Odin King, Oaklyn King, and Tilian King), and taking special care of her long-time pet and companion, Snowball.

Left to mourn her passing, her “son” Snowball, sisters Glenda Harrell, Pamela (Harold) Orr, Michelle (John) Marsee, and brother Dan (Joy) Johnson, as well as a host of many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly.

A private service will be held by the family to celebrate Tonya’s life and memory.
