TRACIE RENEE WILDER SIMPSON

Tracie Renee Wilder Simpson, age 43, passed away September 3, 2024 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

She was born September 30, 1980 in Pineville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cookie Rose, daughter Rachel Danielle, sister Charity Saylor, grandmother Delores Wilder, and stepfather Richard “Butch” Rose.

Tracie possessed a kind and generous heart, always reaching out and helping anyone in need; she was the kind of person who was always there for you.  She loved being with her grandkids and coloring with them.  She was known for her style and had a knack for decorating.

She was taken too soon and will be mourned by her daughter Emily Simpson, son Billy Simpson, companion Joe Simpson, stepdaughters Amanda Grubbs, Kelly Lord, Michelle Caldwell, and a host of grandchildren, other relatives, and friends too numerous to name.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 9, 2024 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 9, 2024 at 8:00p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremy Sanders officiating.
