VICKY SUE SETTLES

Vicky Sue Settles, age 65, of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away at her home February 12, 2026.

She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 14, 1960 to Raleigh and Opal Hatton Landsaw.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Patty Patterson, Dorothy Stark, and Barbara Proffitt, and her brothers, Tom Collins and Butch Landsaw.

Vicky was a faithful member of Clear Fork Missionary Baptist Church.  Her compassion and humor will live on through those who knew and loved her.

Left to mourn her passing , her beloved husband of 47 years, Bill Settles, her children, Carrie (Steven) Pack, Lorie “Annie” Settles, Joe (Amy) Settles, granddaughters Lex and Ali Pack, siblings Nancy Fancil, Bob Landsaw, Lisa Ward, Tim Landsaw, Deborah Landsaw, and Jackie Landsaw, special niece Brandy Alcantar, special cousin Kathy Pilkinton, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends who will miss her dearly.

The family of Vicky Settles will receive friends at Green Hills Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2026.

Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2026 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ferlin Daniels and Rev. Paul Clonce presiding.  Music will be provided by the Clear Fork Singers.

The family will meet for graveside services at the Settles Family Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 16, 2026.

Pallbearers will be Walter Lee Patterson, Kevin Daniels, Kevin Fuson, Rob Redwine, Tommy Hall, and Darrel Saylor.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tabitha Cummings, Travis Poore, and Trenton Johnson.
