WILLA FAYE OWENS

Willa Faye Owens, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 of natural causes.

Born in Claiborne County, Tennessee, Faye was the daughter of Everitt Smith and Ordia Webb Cuel.

Faye loved spending time with her family, playing the Aggravation board game, cooking, attending church, and reading her Bible daily.

She is survived by her sons: Byron (Tammy) Owens, Richard “Duke” (Jama) Owens, and Mark Owens; Grandchildren: Angela (Brandon) Russell, Cory Owens, and Katelynn Owens; Great Grandchildren: Braxton and Branson Russell, special cousins Reda (Dan) Maynard, Trula (Jerry) Evans, and Carolyn Webb-Donley, as well as numerous extended family, and dear friends.

Faye was proceeded in death by both of her parents, sister: Lola Sarson, brothers: Paul and David Cuel, grandparents: Andy and Ellen Webb, aunts: Para, Cora, and Ester Webb, uncles: Milford, Tifford, Estel, and Virgil Webb.

Funeral Services for Willa Faye Owens will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Graveside Services will immediately follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
